SUE TOWNSEND´S BIOGRAPHY

Sue Townsend is an English novelist. She was born in Leicester in 1946 and she´s known as Adrian Mole´s author,These books speak about the adolescence with a comical touch.

She married with a metal worker and now she has got 4 children. 

She left school at the age of 15, and after many insatisfactory jobs, she entered in the Phoenix Theatre Club of writers and in 1985 she published "The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole" In 1999 her doctors discovered that she had diabetes, and since this day, Sue is loosing the sigh and she´s almost blind.
